1. About these terms

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST. We take care to ensure our product descriptions, imagery, and pricing are accurate, but errors can occasionally happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, it isn't confirmed until we accept it (usually by sending a shipping confirmation). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unexpectedly out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there's been a pricing error.

5. Payment

We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, we don't store your full card details.

All content on this site, including our name, logo, product designs, photography, and written content (including our brand story), belongs to You Me Us or is used with permission. You can't reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our written consent.

9. Accounts

If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content, or interfering with the site's normal operation.
