Processing time

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of being received, excluding weekends and public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping costs and delivery times

These are estimates, not guarantees, delivery can be affected by public holidays, peak periods, and factors outside our control.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. 

We ship via Australia Post.

International shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included in your order total. International delivery times vary and are estimates only.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its progress.

Incorrect delivery details

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your order is sent to an incorrect address due to a mistake at checkout, we'll send a replacement to the correct address and do our best to arrange for the parcel to be returned from the original address.

Delays

While we aim to meet the delivery estimates above, delays can occur during peak periods (like sale events or the lead-up to Christmas) or due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or extreme weather. We'll let you know if we're aware of a significant delay affecting your order.
